This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website "MBL Tour", located on the domain name www. mbltour.ru, may obtain about the User during the use of the site.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Site Administration (hereinafter - Site Administration)" - authorized employees for site management, acting on behalf of MBL Tour, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2 "Personal Data" means any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
1.1.3 "Processing of Personal Data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a requirement mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal basis.
1.1.5. "User of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "User")" - a person who has access to the Site, via the Internet and uses the Site.
1.1.6. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the respective website.
1.1.7. "IP address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built according to the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 The User's use of the site means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.
2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site.

3.4 Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-proliferation, except as provided in p.p. 5.2. and 5.3. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER

5.3 The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 The User is obliged to:
6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site.
6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2 The Site Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clauses. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4 Block the personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1 Administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, except as provided by clauses. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration of the site.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before filing a claim with the court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site, a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) is mandatory.
8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.
8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration of the site.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1 The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
