And here's why.
First of all, you sign an international contract with us, with the company "MBL Tour". The contract stipulates our responsibility not only for manufacturing defects, but also for damages during transportation. We, in our turn, conclude contracts with Chinese factories... Therefore, we will be the ones to ask them.
Secondly, in order to fulfill our obligations to you well, we have set up a quality control department. From the moment the factory starts manufacturing an order, our employees carefully monitor the process. They regularly travel to the production site, thoroughly check the quality of materials and components for full compliance with the given dimensions and specifications. According to the manufacturers themselves, the quality control carried out by our employees is one of the strictest.
Speaking of packaging. Delivery of cargo from China takes from a month to two months depending on your region. Transportation is long and complicated, so we pack each item in bubble wrap, foam, polyethylene foam, cardboard, if necessary - plywood box or wooden crate (depending on the type of goods).
We promise to deliver your order right to your door - and we do it for a reason. Together with the shipment, our staff will come to you to conduct the acceptance of the furniture. One last thing. Even if something goes wrong, you find chips or scratches on the items, report everything to our manager - we will fix, repair, glue. In general, in case of a "joint", we undertake all restoration work.
