The present privacy policy of Personal Data ("Privacy Policy") applies to all information which the "MBL Tour" website under the www.mbltour.ru domain may obtain about the user while using the site.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1 The following terms shall be used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1 Website Administration (hereinafter Website Administration)"- authorized employees to manage the website acting on behalf of MBL Tur, who organize and/or;handle personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal Data" - any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (the subject of the personal data).

1.1.3 "Processing of Personal Data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations), performed with automation or without the use of such means with personal data, including the collection, recording, systematization, collection, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. By using the site the User accepts this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

2.2. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the site.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the MBL Tour website. The Site does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may access through links available on the Site.

2.4 The website administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the user.

3. PRESENTATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

3.1.

3.1. This Privacy Policy states the obligations of the Site Administration regarding nondisclosure and protection of personal information which the User provides upon the Site Administration's request when registering on the Site or placing an order for purchasing the Goods.

3.2 The personal information that must be processed in terms of this Privacy Policy must be provided by the user by filling out the registration form on MBL Tour's site in the Application section including the following information:

3.2.1. the user's first and last name and patronymic;

3.2.2. the User's contact telephone number;

3.2.3. email address;

3.3. The online shop shall protect the data which is automatically transmitted when the User views ad units and visits pages on which the system's statistical script ("pixel") is installed:

- IP address;

- information from cookies;

- information about the browser (or other program that accesses the advertising)

-access time;

-address of the page on which the ad unit is located;

-the referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1 Disabling cookies might prevent you from accessing the parts of the site that require authorization.

3.3.2 The online shop collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. We use this information for the purpose of resolving technical problems and for monitoring legitimacy of financial transactions.

3.4 All other personal data not set out above (purchase history, browsers operating systems etc.) shall be securely stored and not disclosed except in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF USER PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1 Personal information of a User may be used by the Site Administration for the following purposes:

4.1.1. to identify the user registered on the website in order to place an order and/or conclude a remote purchase agreement with MBL Tours

. <4.1.2. provide the user with access to the personalized features of the site.

4.1.3. Provide feedback to the user including sending notices and requests regarding use of the site and services and processing user requests and enquiries.

4.1.4. locating the User for security and fraud prevention purposes.

4.1.5. confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.6. create a shopping account if the User has agreed to create the account.

4.1.7. Notify Users of the status of their Order.

4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming tax or tax credits, disputing payment, determining eligibility for a credit line by the user.

4.1.9. Provide effective customer and technical assistance when a problem arises related to use of the site.

4.1.10. Provide the User with his consent; product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the User or on behalf of partners. <4.1.11. engaging in advertising activities with the User's consent. <4.1.12. Provide access to the affiliate(s)' websites or services for the purpose of receiving products, updates and services.

5. WAYS AND TIMES FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

5.1 Processing of the User's Personal Data shall be effected without limitation of time and in any lawful manner, including in information systems of Personal Data with or without the use of automation.

5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal information to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order executed on the MBL Tour website, including the delivery of goods.

5.3. Personal data of the User can be disclosed to the authorised state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4 Upon loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration shall inform the User about loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The Site Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.6. The website administration together with the user shall take all necessary measures to prevent damages or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the user's personal data.

6. obligations of the parties

6.1 User shall:

6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Site.

6.1.2. update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in such information.

6.2 The administration of the site is obliged:

6.2.1. use the information provided solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Keep all such information confidential, and not disclose it without giving prior written permission from the User or sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the User's personal information provided here except in clauses 5.2 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the privacy of User's Personal Data in accordance with practices customarily used for the protection of such information in common business practice.

6.2.4 To block the personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of application or request by the User or his legal representative or the authorised body for protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of detection of false personal data or unauthorised actions.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Website Administration which does not fulfill its obligations shall be liable for damages caused by the User's misuse of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation except for the cases specified in clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy

7.2 If any Confidential Information is lost or disclosed, the Site Administration shall not be liable if such Confidential Information is:

7.2.1. was in the public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2 has been received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.

7.2.3 has been disclosed with the user's consent.

8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

8.1. <8.1 Before any court action arising out of any dispute between the Member and the Site Administration the claim must be submitted in writing.

8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from day of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of review of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the judicial authority in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation. <8.4. The provisions of the applicable law of the Russian Federation will apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2 The new Privacy Policy shall take effect on the date of posting on the Website unless the new Privacy Policy is expressly stated.
